BACKSTAGE MUSIC FIRST NATIONS CULTURAL PLAN 2025

 This first phrase of BackStage Music’s First Nations Cultural Plan is a living document - it builds upon the work we’ve done over the past few years, and sets intentions and guiding principles from which to move forward through future seasons. As a small organisation that is in transition towards greater sustainability in governance and planning, we are moving into the next stage of a journey of consultation around and codification of our aims in supporting First Nations music, arts & culture through our work. This document is therefore not currently an ‘action plan’, but is a plan laying out intentions that guide our continued growth and development in working with First Nations artists, creatives, and knowledge.
