There is no accessible parking directly outside the venue. Accessible parking is available on Pelican Street, approximately 110 metres (a 2-minute walk) from the venue.

Museum Station has independent access, platform edge tactiles, hearing loop, PA announcements, lift access to all platforms, and wheelchair ramp boarding.
Oxford Art Factory is approximately an 8-minute walk (550 metres) from the Museum Station entrance on Liverpool Street.

Oxford Art Factory can be accessed via routes 311, 333, 373, 392N, 396 and 440.
From the city: Oxford Street opposite Brisbane Street bus stop (approximately 90 metres from the venue)
From the east: Oxford Street at Riley Street bus stop (approximately 93 metres from the venue)

When you arrive at 3/46 Oxford Street in Darlinghurst for the Children of the Resistors concert, you will see the main entrance to Oxford Art Factory. A staff member will be waiting at the front door on Oxford Street to welcome you and check your ticket. If it is busy, there may be a short queue of people waiting to enter.

Once inside, you will enter either the Main Room or the Gallery Room. Staff members are available to help guide you if you need assistance.
The Main Room is a large open space with a stage at the rear, metal pillars in the centre, a bar on the right-hand side, and some seating upstairs on a mezzanine level.
The Gallery Room is a smaller space with seating and a more relaxed atmosphere. There is a stage in the front left corner of the room, a bar to the left and seating on the right.

Some performances at Oxford Art Factory will be loud and high-energy, particularly in the Main Room. Performances in the Gallery Room are generally quieter and lower sensory. You are welcome to move, leave, or re-enter the space if you need a break.

Oxford Art Factory is a multi-room live music venue with a dark, indoor environment. It includes a large Main Room and a smaller Gallery Room. Lighting is generally low throughout the venue, with brighter lighting focused on performance areas. The venue may feel busy and enclosed, particularly during peak attendance times.

The venue is an active and social space. Background noise may include music, voices, and bar service. During performances, sound levels can increase suddenly. Lighting may change in brightness or colour, especially in the Main Room. The Gallery Room is usually quieter and calmer than the Main Room.

You may be asked to show your ticket just inside the entrance.
Sound and lighting may change suddenly when performances begin or end.
You are welcome to move, leave, or re-enter the space as needed.
Staff are available throughout the venue if you need assistance or support.

The main entrance is located on Oxford Street. There is also step-free access via the lift through the main entrance on Oxford Street. Please be aware that staff assistance is required to use the lift. Ramp access is also available at the rear of the building via Norman Street although the ground on Norman Street is uneven and may be difficult to navigate using mobility devices.
Staff members will check tickets at the entrance.
Flooring is smooth and the area can be busy before performances.

Main Room: A large rectangular space to the left when entering from Oxford Street. There are metal pillars in the centre of the room, a stage at the rear, a bar to the right, and mezzanine seating accessed by stairs at the front. The Main Room is directly accessible by ramp from Norman Street and via the lift from Oxford Street.
Gallery Room: A smaller open space to the right of the building. The stage is in the front left corner, with a bar on the left and seating on the right. This room has a more relaxed, lower sensory environment.

Step-free access to both the main room and gallery room is available from Oxford Street via the lift. Please be aware that lift access requires staff assistance. Please contact via info@backstagemusic.com.au if this is required.

Service animals are welcome in all areas of Oxford Art Factory.
